Who we are
deslopping.app is run by Lazar Stankovic PR DevLazar Vranje, Veljka Vlahovica 17, 17500 Vranje, Serbia, VAT number 114816542. We decide what happens to the data described here. Write to contact@deslopping.app about any of it.
When you visit
The site is served by Vercel. Like any web server, it receives your IP address, your browser's details and the page you asked for, in order to send you the page and keep the site secure, and it keeps short-lived logs of those requests.
We count visits with Umami, which runs on a server we control. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. For each page view it records the page, the site that sent you, your browser, operating system, device type and country. It does not store your IP address.
Umami also counts a few things done on the site, without knowing who did them: which Book a demo or Contact us link was used and where on the page, links followed to other sites, how far down a page was read, which How it works chapters were reached, which pricing questions were opened, the price calculator's settings, the theme switch, addresses that lead to no page, and that a demo was booked through the calendar. It never learns who booked one or what they entered, which stays with Cal.com, and nothing typed into the home page's demo is sent anywhere.
The only thing the site stores on your device is your choice of dark or light theme, in your browser's local storage, so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us.
When you email us
Mail to contact@deslopping.app is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing. We use your address and your message to reply and to follow up on what you asked, and for nothing else. We keep the conversation while it is useful, and no longer than two years after it ends, unless you become a customer.
When you book a demo
The booking page shows Cal.com's calendar. Your browser loads it from Cal.com, which receives your IP address and may set cookies of its own inside the calendar. What you enter there (your name, email address, time zone and any note) goes to Cal.com, which sends us the booking. Cal.com's privacy policy covers its side. No other page on this site loads anything from Cal.com.
We use the booking to hold the call and to follow up on it, and keep it as we keep email.
Why we may
Serving the site, keeping it secure and counting visits without identifying anyone are in our legitimate interest in running a website. Replying to you is in our shared interest when you write to us, and a booked demo is a step you asked for before any agreement.
Who else handles it
Each of these processes data for us under its own terms, and some of them are outside Serbia and the European Union:
- Vercel Inc., which hosts the site.
- Cloudflare, Inc., which runs the domain's DNS and forwards our email.
- Cal.com, Inc., which runs the booking calendar.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit what we do with it, or send it to you. You can object to any use based on our legitimate interest. Write to contact@deslopping.app and we will answer within 30 days.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the European Union, the authority where you live or work.
Changes
When what the site does with data changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top says when.
